Kevin J. Hale concentrates his practice on complex litigation and bankruptcy matters, working with businesses from a variety of industries as well as financial institutions to resolve matters efficiently.
Kevin has represented clients in anti-trust class actions, fraud claims, and the restructuring of corporate debt. He has experience conducting legal research and preparing research memoranda and researching and drafting court filings including appellate and pre-trial motion practice. He regularly conducts discovery, including document review, privilege review, and prepares discovery motions and requests. Kevin is also experienced in preparing for and taking depositions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was an associate with a New York based bankruptcy and litigation boutique. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Stony Brook University. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Johanna Seybert in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
