Nahimot Abby Adedimeji concentrates her practice on representing public entities and public officials in a variety of litigation matters, while also handling corporate and business disputes.
Before joining Norris McLaughlin, Abby worked as a litigation associate in a New Jersey public entity law firm. She has extensive experience drafting legal pleading and motion briefs for civil litigation matters including personal injury, contract disputes, real estate disputes, insurance coverage issues and employment law. Abby works with clients to develop effective defense strategies and conducts diligent document review to identify relevant information for use during discovery or trial.
Abby received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and earned her B.A. from Kean University. After graduating law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James Hely and the Honorable Paul D. Nieves in the Superior Court of New Jersey. While in law school, Abby worked as a student attorney for the Child Advocacy Clinic, representing children and young adults in family court proceedings, and as a law clerk for the Office of the County Counsel for the County of Union, preparing legal memoranda and tracking relevant legislation.
