Travis R. Graga is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy, Creditors’ Rights, and Financial Restructuring Practice Groups with a strong track record in representing clients within the complex landscape of corporate reorganization cases.
Before joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Travis served as an associate at a mid-sized, reputable law firm. In this capacity, Travis drafted a wide range of pleadings, motions, and appeals in both the federal and state courts. Travis’ proficiency extends to regulatory matters, involving the U.S. Trustee’s Office, Chapter 13 trustees, Chapter 7 trustees, the IRS, and state taxing authorities.
Prior to entering private practice, Travis served as a law clerk for The Honorable Michael B. Kaplan, U.S.B.J. and earned an LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award for Int’l Bankruptcy. While at St. John’s, Travis was the Alumni Relations Director and was an integral part of the Bankruptcy Law Society chapter. Travis earned his J.D. from the Rutgers Law School and received his B.A in Political Science from Monmouth University.
