Danielle DeFilippis to Present at Launch Pad Newark

Danielle M. DeFilippis, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will present “Must-Know Legal Basics to Protect Your Business” on Thursday, April 18, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., at Launch Pad Newark.

The presentation, sponsored by Makerhoods and The Honors Program, will cover how having a strong legal foundation gives you the peace of mind to go after your business goals with confidence. Topics will include branding, essential initial contracts, and intellectual property, such as trademarks and copyrights. A Q&A session, led by Peter Hader, will include questions submitted through tweeting @makerhoods. DeFilippis focuses her practice on intellectual property matters and litigation.
