Menard is an immigration law and deportation defense attorney. He represents individual and corporate clients in all facets of immigration law and has appeared on behalf of clients in deportation proceedings throughout the country. Menard has represented clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has completed and advised on permanent residence visas and various temporary visas for clients from around the globe.

Menard is active in his community and helped write a town ordinance protecting immigrants from discrimination and establishing guidelines for educators on how to help immigrant students feel safer in school. He earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2012 and his B.A. in Government at Claremont McKenna College in 2009.
