About Kimbrilee M. Weber
Kimbrilee M. Weber practices in Norris McLaughlin’s Litigation group, focusing on complex commercial litigation matters and working with clients in a variety of high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. She has experience with pretrial procedure and discovery, as well as eDiscovery, briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending fact witness and corporate representative depositions, appellate practice, and post-judgment discovery and collections. Weber has been included in the New York Metro Rising Stars list, published by Super Lawyers and Thomson Reuter, in 2021 and 2022.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Weber worked at a boutique insurance litigation firm, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Susan L. Reisner, Presiding Judge on the New Jersey Superior Court’s Appellate Division. She earned her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and received her B.A. with highest honors from Lehigh University.
