Norris McLaughlin Named Among Best Places to Work In New Jersey

The law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey, ranking among the top 100 companies in the state for 2019. This survey and award program identifies, recognizes, and honors the top New Jersey workplaces based on confidential data collected from employees. Norris McLaughlin will be honored at the Best Places to Work in New Jersey gala awards ceremony on May 1 in Freehold.

Created in 2005 and produced by NJBIZ, Best Places to Work in New Jersey surveys companies from across the state in a two-part process to determine the honorees. The first part evaluates each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics. This section of the survey is worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part measures the employee experience and is worth approximately 75%. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.  Best Companies Group manages the overall registration and survey process. Additionally, they analyze the data provided and use their expertise to determine the final rankings.
