The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to welcome Ryan S. Director, Lauren E. Lewis, Eric Addison Negri, Samuele Riva, Alexander Ryan Sokolof, Amanda Ashley Tersigni, and Matthew Wells as associates.

The seven associates have joined the following offices and areas of practice:
Ryan Director has joined the firm’s Allentown office in the litigation group and provides strategic counsel to clients in complex civil and commercial disputes. He has experience with a variety of civil and family cases and is familiar with workers’ compensation cases. Director received his J.D. from the Western New England University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
Lauren Lewis practices in Norris McLaughlin’s New York office in the Real Estate, Finance, and Land Use group and handles real estate and housing disputes. She regularly represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate litigation, including commercial and residential disputes involving single family homes, co-operative buildings, rent-stabilized buildings and rent-controlled buildings, lofts, and interim multiple dwellings. Lewis earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and her B.S. from the University of Florida.
Eric Negri joined the firm’s litigation group in the New Jersey office and handles complex commercial litigation matters in both federal and state court. He has experience in all stages of commercial litigation, including contract, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, and construction matters. Negri received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and received both his M.A. and B.A. from Stockton University.
Samuele Riva practices in Norris McLaughlin’s business law group, focusing on business acquisitions and performing a variety of services for start-up companies. He has worked on domestic and international business acquisitions and regularly performs general counsel services for start-up companies. Riva earned his J.D. from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and his LL.L. from Fordham University School of Law as well as a B.S. from Farmingdale State College.
Alexander Sokolof has joined the firm’s New York office in the litigation group where he represents a variety of businesses in complex business litigation matters. He also works with financial services companies and private equity funds in matters involving securities fraud, contract disputes, contract infringement, and shareholder derivative law. Sokolof received his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and his B.A. from State University of New York at Binghamton.
Amanda Tersigni is an associate in Norris McLaughlin’s litigation group in the New York office where she works with corporate entities in connection with commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. She has additional experience representing contractors in multi-million-dollar claims and has represented lenders in commercial foreclosure actions. Tersigni earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from the College at Old Westbury, State University of New York.
Matthew Wells joined the firm’s New Jersey office in the litigation group and focuses his practice on representing clients in transportation and product liability matters. He regularly collaborates with clients to assess their needs and provides strategic counsel on day-to-day legal matters. Wells received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.A. from Montclair State University.
