Jury Waiver And Arbitration Agreements Require Specificity

A recent New Jersey Appellate Division decision once again highlights the specificity required to enforce jury waivers or agreements to arbitrate employment disputes.  In Noren v. Heartland Payment Systems, Inc., ___ N.J. Super.
