  • Sep 21, 2018Amy Kruzel Appointed Treasurer of the Family Law Section at the BALC

    Amy L. Kruzel, an Associate in the Matrimonial & Family Law Group of the Pennsylvania office of Norris McLaughlin P.A., has been appointed Treasurer of the Bar Association of Lehigh County’s Family Law Section, effective August 29, 2018.

    The Bar Association of Lehigh County has provided service and assistance to the area’s lawyers and the community. Services include Continuing Legal Education, a Lawyer Referral Service, Lehigh Law Journal publication, and Barristers Club banquet and meeting facilities.

    Kruzel represents clients at trials, hearings, conciliation conferences, support conferences, de novo hearings, and settlement conferences.  She drafts answers, briefs, complaints, counterclaims, memoranda, motions, petitions, custody stipulations, agreements in support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and property settlement agreements on behalf of clients.  She also presents oral argument in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Eastern District, and mediates divorce, custody, and support matters.

    Outside of work, Kruzel volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and serves on the Executive Leadership Board.  She also teaches Positive Conflict Resolution & Mediation Skills at the Easton Area Middle School, is a member of the Advisory Council for the Allentown YMCA, and is a volunteer at the legal clinic at the Bradbury Sullivan LGBT Community Center. Kruzel earned her B.S. from Dickinson College in 2002 and her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, in 2005.

  • Jan 31, 2018Raymond Lahoud to Present Immigration Law and its Reach into Nearly Every Other Practice Area

    Raymond G.     Lahoud earned his B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from Lehigh University, where he earned Dean’s List; was named a President’s Scholar; was inducted into Phi Beta Delta; received the Williams Award, Treen Scholarship, and Littner Scholarship; and was Editor of The Lehigh Review.  He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned Dean’s List, received CALI awards in many courses, and worked on the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.

  • Jan 13, 2017Robert E. Donatelli Re-Elected to Board of Directors of Bar Association of Lehigh County

    Robert E. Donatelli, a Member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been elected to another term on the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Lehigh County.

    Donatelli, a resident of Wescosville, has over forty years of experience in estate administration, wills and trusts, and real estate law.

    Donatelli helps clients with all aspects of estate planning and administration, including will preparation, tax issues, guardianships, powers of attorney, living wills, living trusts, special needs trusts, the process of probate, valuing, managing the estate, and executing decisions on guardianship and conservatorship.

    In the area of real estate law, Donatelli advises clients on matters of residential and commercial sales transactions, real estate contracts, mortgages, re-finances, foreclosures, eminent domain, title insurance, and title disputes.  He also handles land use, zoning, and permit matters.

    Donatelli is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®.  He is a member of the Ethics Board of the City of Allentown and a former solicitor of the Register of Wills of Lehigh County.  He is active in the Bar Association of Lehigh County, serving as President in 1985, and is a member of the Barristers Inn of Court, where he also served as President.

    A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, Donatelli is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
