Danielle DeFilippis to Present Webinar for New Jersey Food Processors Association

Danielle M. DeFilippis, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will present the webinar “Essential Contracts for Growing Food Businesses.” Hosted by the New Jersey Food Processors Association, the presentation will cover key topics including licenses and agreements for intellectual property, confidentiality, website terms of use and privacy policies, indemnity, and co-packer agreements.
