CIANJ Honors Norris McLaughlin for Best Practices

Norris McLaughlin, P.A., was honored by the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) and COMMERCE Magazine at the 6th Annual Best Practices Conference on September 24 at Nanina’s in the Park in Belleville.

About the Conference

"Best Practices Awards" were given to companies and business leaders who were selected by a panel of judges assembled by CIANJ. This year’s panel included Dale Caldwell, Executive Director of the FDU Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Robert Stramara, COO of the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program; Dean Paranicas, CEO of the Healthcare Institute of New Jersey; and Anthony Russo, President of CIANJ.

COMMERCE Magazine Editor Miles Epstein asked business executives to share thoughts on how they measure and achieve peak performance as a company, and what is the secret behind their success. Their comments, along with the firm’s, were compiled into the "Best Practices Guide." This year’s edition contains advice from Chief Executive Officers, managing partners, and business owners, and comments from industry leaders who were showcased in earlier issues of COMMERCE Magazine.

More than 150 executives participated in the conference, which saluted innovation in the workplace. Speakers included Dr. Anthony Iacono, President of County College of Morris, and Audrey Murphy, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Hackensack Meridian Health.
