Norris McLaughlin Elevates David C. Berger and David H. Siegel to Member

The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to announce that David C. Berger and David H. Siegel have been elevated to Members of the firm.

About David C. Berger
David C. Berger practices in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, Real Estate & Finance Group, and Liquor Law Group, counseling clients on general business topics including organization and formation, corporate governance, lease negotiations, restructurings, and finance. He is based in Norris McLaughlin’s Allentown, Pennsylvania office.
A licensed title insurance agent, Berger works closely with lenders, real estate developers, and homebuilding companies, and handles both residential and commercial real estate development matters. Berger has also built a successful liquor law practice, handling the sale and purchase of liquor licenses and providing transactional counseling, including defending licensees who have received citations from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
Berger is a graduate of the Widener University School of Law and joined Norris McLaughlin in 2019 as an associate.
About David H. Siegel
David H. Sigel practices in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, focusing his practice on all aspects of intellectual property strategy, maintenance, and enforcement. He is based in Norris McLaughlin’s New York office.
Siegel represents clients in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, transactions, and litigation. He has significant experience in intellectual property licensing and brand protection, and regularly advises clients on global patent and trademark protection, clearance, options, and alternatives. Siegel has represented inventors, businesses, and start-ups in patent-related matters and in the prosecution of patent applications and non-disclosure and development agreements. A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Sigel previously served as in-house intellectual property counsel for a leading multinational costume designer, manufacturer, and distributor. He joined Norris McLaughlin in 2021 as Senior Counsel.
