Norris McLaughlin to Represent Medical Society of the State of New York
The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to announce that David N. Vozza has been selected to serve as outside general counsel to the Medical Society of the State of New York (MSSNY).
Vozza concentrates his practice in the areas of health care litigation, regularly defending health care professionals in disciplinary and regulatory actions before federal and state agencies. He has experience working with health care clients in payor audits, fraud investigations, privileges, and general health care litigation. Vozza is a frequent speaker on important issues impacting health care employees at hospitals throughout New York State.

As MSSNY’s outside general counsel, Vozza will provide strategic advice to the organization on a spectrum of legal matters to help inform complex business decisions. He will also help coordinate legal issues with MSSNY members, connecting them with Norris McLaughlin’s more than 120 attorneys across numerous areas of law who are available to provide consultations, coding review, and other key benefits.
