“I have been speaking at these NBI seminars for many years and always look forward to it. The organization puts on a great presentation and those who attend are eager to learn. It’s a good opportunity for business owners as well as my fellow business attorneys to stay educated on these important topics,” stated Elgort.
Other topics to be addressed include common drafting oversights and current developments in LLC litigation; transfer restriction issues, right of first refusal, impasse, capital call, and dissolution provisions; rights, responsibilities, and voting provisions for members and manager; top operating agreement mistakes attorneys make, and ethics.
