About Jeanne Hamburg
Jeanne focuses her practice in all aspects of copyright and trademark law, both in litigation and in the transactional area, assisting clients in the food, beverage, and restaurant industries with their intellectual property needs. Jeanne frequently speaks and writes about intellectual property topics for food, beverage, restaurant, and hospitality trade groups, and is a member of the Specialty Food Association, New York State Restaurant Association, New Jersey Food Processors, and Brewers Association. She is also a member of the Copyright Society of the USA and the International Trademark Association (INTA), currently serving on its Leadership Development Committee.
