David Berger Obtains Favorable Resolution
The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to announce that David C. Berger obtained a favorable resolution for Kinjal Enterprise Inc., owner of the Country Farm Convenience store. The decision by Falls Township supervisors would permit a liquor license transfer from Middletown Township to Kinjal Enterprise.
The decision was reported in the Bucks County Courier Times article “Falls convenience store one step closer to adding beer sales.”
When discussing the boom of convenience stories adding liquor licenses David was quoted in the article noting, “It’s just how the nature of the market has gone in the last 10 years since I’ve been doing this type of work. It’s kind of a survival type thing to bring [alcohol sales] over.”
